Deritend screw pumps are available in either steel or stainless steel; they can be mounted in a concrete or steel trough or delivered completely prefabricated. All screw pumps are designed by means of a computer aided calculation programs.

Screw Pump Bearings

Deritend can supply both upper and lower bearings from Stock in the UK to any location with lead times to suit our customers demands. Our in house machining facilities are able to convert our stock bearings to suit any screw pump type through our UK service centres.

Upper Bearings, foot and wall mounted, can be completely refurbished and can be specified to suit individual applications – the wall mounted version gives excellent odour-tight separation between the screw pump channel and drive compartment and is a must for dirty water applications.

Lower bearings are supplied in four different types:

  • Conventional grease lubricated
  • Grease lubricated heavy duty
  • Medium lubricated
  • Eco-friendly lower bearing.

Features of the Eco-friendly lower bearing:

  • Eco-friendly lubricated to lifetime of the bearing
  • No grease pump and grease lines required, easier to install
